<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice transmission device which reduces discomfort and unpleasantness felt by a user, requires reduced power for driving, has a small size, leaks less sound, and makes listening easy even in an environment. <P>SOLUTION: A voice transmission device 100 is provided with an oscillator 111, an oscillation unit 112, and a holding unit 120. The oscillator 111 oscillates with a signal transmitted in response to a voice. The oscillation unit 112 oscillates when the oscillation of the oscillator 111 is transmitted thereto. When the oscillation unit 112 is brought into contact with a human body directly or indirectly, the oscillation unit 112 transmits the oscillation to the human body to oscillate an auricle to transmit the oscillation to the eardrum, the vibration generating an air conduction sound within the external acoustic meatus to be transmitted to the eardrum.
