The system has a position determining device (2) determining geographic coordinates of positions (P1-P7, P3-T, P5-T) and measurement times during a movement (B). The device transfers the coordinates according to the measurement times to a computer system with a data memory as a chronological sequence. The computer system enters the sequence in an electronic card of a version and associates the coordinates to distances along the sequence. The computer system stores the card together with the distances along the sequence as another electronic card of another version. The position determining device is a portable device. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting paths in a system. |
