The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting Dutch coffee. More specifically, in extracting coffee by a cold brewing method or a Dutch coffee that are methods of extracting coffee by steeping coffee beans, coffee beans having smaller particle size are placed in a location close to a wall of a beaker so as to increase internal density while the coffee beans having larger particle size are placed in a central location far from the wall of the beaker so as to decrease the internal density, when storing grains such as coffee beans in the tubular beaker or the like. Thus, water supplied from above is introduced inside rather than flowing toward the wall of the beaker due to density difference, and this enables the extraction of the coffee allowing the more coffee beans to steep for a longer time, thereby realizing richer flavor and taste. Caffeine content may also be adjusted. The device comprises: an undiluted coffee extraction unit; an internal coffee bean input pipe; and a natural water distribution and supply unit. |
