摘要 The present invention relates to an elastic foothold for stairs, comprising: an upper plate wherein at least one first coupling protrusion is formed on one side of a bottom surface, at least one first block insertion part equipped with a second coupling protrusion formed on another side of the bottom surface, and a first anti-skid part formed on another side of an upper surface; a lower plate wherein a first coupling groove, which corresponds to the first coupling protrusion, is formed on one side of a top surface to be coupled to one side of an upper plate as a female and a male, and at least one second block insertion part equipped with a third coupling protrusion formed on another side of the top surface; at least one first block inserted into the first block insertion part to be coupled thereto wherein a second coupling groove is arranged on a bottom surface to be coupled to the second coupling protrusion as a female and a male, and a third coupling groove formed on an upper surface; at least one second block inserted into the second block insertion part to be coupled thereto wherein a fourth coupling groove is arranged on a bottom surface to be coupled to the third coupling protrusion as a female and a male, and a supporting member formed on an upper surface; and at least one first elastic member whose both ends are fixated to the third coupling groove and the supporting member respectively between the first block and the second block, wherein at least one guide rail is formed on the bottom surface of the upper plate, the top surface of the lower plate, and the bottom surface of the lower plate respectively from one side direction to another side direction such that the first block insertion part and the second block insertion part are movable along the guide rail. Accordingly, the present invention may provide the elastic foothold for stairs which prevents exertion of bad influence on a user′s joints such as the knee because an impact transferred to the feet is minimized by being fixated to the stairs when going up and down the stairs.
