<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely replacing a tuyere for a blast furnace in a stage before coming to the last stage of service life by accurately recognizing wear condition of the tuyere for the blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for replacing a plurality of the tuyeres 3 for the blast furnace installed in the body peripheral wall 1 of the blast furnace before coming to the last stage of the service life by assuming wear condition of the tuyeres for each of the tuyeres 3, respective deviation angles θ of the tuyeres 3 for the blast furnace, using periods of which are the same, are investigated, and the tuyere having a large deviation angle θ is preferentially replaced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
