PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of maintaining high air-conditioning performance when changing an idling rotation speed of an internal combustion engine in response to an air-conditioning demand.SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine control device which executes idle-up control when: an operation position of a shift lever is in a neutral (N) position or a parking (P) position; an external temperature is less than a predetermined value; and a blower 62 is turned on. The internal combustion engine control device also maintains the idle-up control without updating information on the external temperature under a condition that the blower 62 is turned on when the operation position of the shift lever is shifted to a drive (D) position or a reverse (R) position while executing the idle-up control. Thus, the internal combustion engine control device maintains high heating capacity by enabling the idle-up control to be executed without giving a driver a feeling of strangeness. |
