PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of an automobile outside plate part capable of restraining the occurrence of flange wrinkles in an end part of a blank material of becoming a flange part after press-molding, even when molding the automobile outside plate part by press-molding the blank material.SOLUTION: The molding method of the automobile outside plate part of the present invention is a method for press-molding a blank material 1 by a molding metal mold 2 having a punch 21 for molding a shape of the automobile outside plate part 11a and a restriction bead molding part 22 provided outside its punch 21 and molding a restriction bead 12a, and comprises a process of forming a notch part 13 toward a restriction bead molding area 12 from an outer peripheral end 14 of the blank material 1 in an outside part of the restriction bead molding area 12 for molding the restriction bead 12a in the blank material 1 with a plated steel sheet as the blank material 1 and a process of press-molding the blank material 1 for forming the notch part 13 by the molding metal molds 2 and 3. |
