<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize pressing force applied to magnet pieces when the broken and split magnet pieces are bonded by an adhesive material or a resin under the influence of the pressing force to manufacture a magnet body for a field pole. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus of manufacturing a magnet body for a field pole allows a plurality of broken and split magnet pieces 1 to be arrayed on a plane while respective cut faces oppose each other, and pressing force is applied to the magnet pieces 1 at least in a direction orthogonal to the plane for alignment to manufacture the integrated magnet body for the field pole. A pressing member 10 applying the pressing force includes a plurality of air gaps in a pressing part 5 contacting with the magnet pieces 1. Contamination materials 3 and projecting portions of the magnet pieces 1 are accepted in the air gaps so that the pressing force applying to each magnet pieces 1 is uniformized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
