The puck (200) may be permanently retained within the retaining ring (240; 440). The retaining ring (240; 440) may be a split ring (341, 342) which is installed around a base (214) of the puck (210). The puck (210) may be inserted within a single-piece retaining ring (240; 440), and the retaining ring (240; 440) may be bent over a base (214) of the puck (210). |
