The present invention relates to an injection mold for forming plastic products. Specifically, a replaceable injection mold according to the present invention comprises a top mold and a bottom mold. The top mold comprises: a fixed side installation plate which is installed to move up and down from the top; fixed side molds which are coupled to both sides of the bottom of the fixed side installation plate, and have first guide rails formed on both side surfaces thereof while facing each other; and a top core which has first slide rails formed on both end portions thereof such that the top core is pushed and inserted between the fixed side molds, and is formed to form a top portion of a product. The bottom mold comprises: a movable side installation plate which is fixedly installed on the floor; spacer blocks which are fixedly installed on the top of the movable side installation plate, and have an empty lifting space formed between both sides thereof; bottom ejector plates in which a lifting space is installed through the movable side installation plate and the bottom of the spacer blocks; movable side molds which are coupled to both sides of the top of the spacer blocks, and have second guide rails formed on both side surfaces thereof while facing other; and a bottom core which has second slide rails formed on both end portions thereof such that the bottom core is pushed and inserted between the movable side molds, which is formed to form a bottom portion of the product, and in which an ejector pin hole is formed such that an ejector pin goes through the ejector pin hole. Accordingly, the present invention provides a replaceable injection mold which is capable of simply replacing top and bottom cores, and a top ejector plate including an ejector pin even without overall separation of the top and bottom molds. |
