Disclosed is a computing technology, and specifically, are an apparatus and a method for producing advertisement information using the display of a plurality of electronic labels which electronically display the information of products displayed in a store. The apparatus for managing facilities using electronic labels according to an embodiment comprises: a management target facility registration unit which registers facilities by mapping the identification information of facilities attached to the electronic labels and the identification information of the corresponding electronic labels, or registers removal of facilities by eliminating existing mapping; a display target information acquisition unit which acquires the information about facilities including at least one of the basic information of facilities, the operation information of facilities, and the information related to the production of facilities that can be displayed on the display of the electronic labels; a display information generation unit which generates the display information that can be displayed in the electronic labels by using the information about the facilities depending on the approval to use the facilities; and a display information transmission unit which transmits the display information to the electronic labels. |
