The present invention relates to a new-structure singulation apparatus of manufacturing parts, capable of improving efficiency in manufacturing process since punching of parts and adsorption transportation are possible due to a compact structure. In accordance with the present invention, in a singulation apparatus for making a plurality of parts (P) to be supplied onto a strip (S), while being combined, individualized by punching, the singulation apparatus of manufacturing parts comprises: a feeding unit including a rail (22) configured such that the strip (S) continuously moves forward; a punch unit (30) which is located in a lower side, and includes a punch block (31) on which a punch (32) is mounted, operated upward such that the parts (P) are punched; a die unit (40) which is located on an upper part of the rail (22) to face the punch unit (30), and includes a die block (41) in which an insertion hole (42) is vertically penetrated such that the parts (P) punched by the punch (32) can be accommodated therein; and a transportation unit (50) which is located in an upper part of the die unit (40), and is composed of an adsorption head (52) configured to stand by while being inserted into the insertion hole (42) and adsorb the parts (P), during a punching operation performed by the punch (32). |
