Provided are a light emitting layer for a perovskite light emitting element, a manufacturing method thereof and a perovskite light emitting element using the same. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a light emitting layer for a perovskite light emitting element comprises forming a first nano-particle thin film by coating, on a light emitting layer coating member, a solution which contains organic/inorganic perovskite nano-particles including an organic/inorganic perovskite nano-crystal structure. Thus, an organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite having a crystal structure combining FCC and BCC is formed in a nano-particle light emitting body, a lamella structure having organic planes and inorganic planes which are alternately laminated is formed, and exciton is bound to the inorganic planes to represent high color purity. Also, as perovskite is formed into nano-particles and then is introduced into a light emitting layer, the luminous efficiency and the brightness of an element can be improved.
