Provided are an electrode unit for a photoelectric conversion device and a photoelectric conversion device using the same, wherein the photoelectric conversion device comprises: a base substrate; a linker molecular layer including (a) a first compound region forming a first coupling to the base substrate and including an electron transport compound, and (b) a second compound region forming a second coupling to the electron transport compound and including a carboxyl group-contained compound; and a photoelectric conversion layer forming a third coupling to the second compound region of the linker molecular layer and including a photosynthetic biological device for generating an electron by water splitting. The photoelectric conversion device can generate current by using an environment-friendly and easily-acquiring biological device.
