The present invention relates to a sluice gate apparatus for preventing a back flow, which comprises: a gate frame (3) installed on a barrier wall (10) to enable water, blocked by the barrier wall (10), to flow through a water passage hole (11) formed thereon; a gate (5) installed on the gate frame (3) to be able to be lifted for opening and the closing the water passage hole (11); and a gate lifter (7) connected to the gate (5) to lift and lower the gate (5) for opening and closing the water passage hole (11), wherein the gate frame (3) includes an elastic unit (17) installed along a guide rail (15), pressing the gate downstream when the water passage hole is closed, to elastically touch the gate (5). Therefore, the present invention installs a flexible structure of a sealant sealing a gap between the gate and the gate frame, thereby enhancing watertight performance with respect to the gate and also enhancing assemblability or durability, and makes the elastic unit press the gate downstream to make the gate come into close contact with the gate frame, thereby normally maintaining the watertight performance of the gate even if a back flow occurs at a water stream. |
