Disclosed are a spectral system capable of compensating position changes and a spectroscopic method. The spectral system comprises multiple measuring units and an information processing unit. The multiple measuring units acquire measurement spectra for multiple measurable areas arranged in different locations from an object. Also, the information processing unit uses the measurement spectra acquired from the measuring units and location information of the measured areas to measure a target spectrum for a targeted area.
