The present invention relates to a folding apparatus of a container, which can gradually fold a folding plate of a container to prevent the folding plate from being rapidly folded by gravity, and a container having the same. The folding apparatus comprises: a rotating member which is formed to protrude from the folding plate of the container folded and unfolded with respect to a bottom plate through the rotation around a hinge shaft and is rotated around the hinge shaft together with the folding plate; and a resistance member which is fixed to the bottom plate, is extended along the rotation path of the rotating member in a circle to come in contact with the rotating member in order to allow the folding plate to be gradually folded instead of being rapidly folded and has resistance against the rotation of the rotating member. |
