The present invention relates to a shutter panel wherein a first panel and a second panel are arranged side by side at a predetermined interval and multiple ribs are erected between the first panel and the second panel to connect the first panel and the second panel. The shutter is manufactured by a manufacturing method for a shutter panel. The manufacturing method for a shutter panel includes: (A) a step of cutting multiple rib grooves on the inner surface of the first panel and the second panel; (B) a step of coating an adhesive on the rib groove of the first panel; (C) a step of inserting one end of the rib to the rib groove of the first panel coated with the adhesive and connecting the one end of the rib to the rib groove by hardening the adhesive; (D) a step of coating the adhesive onto the rib groove of the second board; and (E) a step of inserting the other end of the rib connected to the rib groove of the first panel into the rib groove of the second panel coated with the adhesive and fixing and connecting the first panel, the second panel, and the rib by hardening the adhesive. The manufacturing method for a shutter panel can reduce manufacturing time by using the first panel and the second panel which are hardened in advance. The manufacturing method for a shutter can obtain required adhesion strength and install the rib using the adhesive between the first panel and the second panel. |
