摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stacked piezoelectric element by using powder injection molding with an implantable electrode, and a stacked piezoelectric element manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stacked piezoelectric element using powder injection molding with an implantable electrode, by which a stacked piezoelectric element can be rapidly manufactured by using a technique of powder injection molding with an implantable electrode, wherein an electrode implanting part is provided inside a powder injection molding frame, and an electrode and a degreased ceramic are co-sintered during a sintering process, so a piezoelectric component having the electrode implanted via diffusion bonding during the sintering is rapidly manufactured; and a stacked piezoelectric element manufactured by the method.
