An extract extracting device according to the present invention can reduce extract extracting time, and can increase the amount of extract extracted, and can prevent waste of a raw material and a material for extracting the extract, since the extract extracting device melts the material for extracting the extract well and pulverizes a solid mass generated in an extract extracting container during an extract extracting procedure, by rotating the container. The extract extracting device of the present invention includes: the pillar type container which accommodates the extract raw material and the material for extracting the extract, and includes at least one inner protruding part to pulverize the mass generated during the extract extracting procedure; a first and a second support frame connected to one side of the pillar type container; a driving part to deliver rotary force generated on the basis of driving of a motor to the pillar type container, through at least one of the first and the second support frame; and a control part to determine rotation time, rotation speed and rotation number of the pillar type container on the basis of a rotation control factor, and controls the driving part to generate the rotary force to rotate the pillar type container automatically around a rotary shaft. |
