The present invention relates to a group authentication method of a terminal and, more particularly, to a dynamic authentication method especially when a terminal included in a group frequently moves to a new gateway, in authenticating the group. The method comprises the steps of: allowing a terminal having a group certificate to access a gateway not having the group certificate; allowing the gateway to receive a corresponding group certificate issued from a server; verifying if the terminal is included in the corresponding group or not by using the newly issued group certificate; allowing the gateway, when a new terminal included in the group attempts to access the gateway, to independently verify the group certificate of the terminal without a connection between the gateway and the server, and to approve that the corresponding terminal is included in the group; processing a request to terminate the access of the terminal; confirming if the access is terminated, and automatically performing a connection ending process; and notifying the server of which the gateway is not included in the corresponding group, and removing the corresponding group certificate of the gateway, if no terminal included in the corresponding group is left in the gateway. |
