Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a display method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixels which individually display one among red, green, and blue colors; a gamma data generation part which generates gamma data corresponding to received RGB data; a correction rate calculation part which calculates a brightness correction rate of each of the pixels according to gamma data corresponding to each pixel; and a correction value determination part which determines a brightness correction value of color displayed on each of the pixels. So, a brightness error generated by brightness difference between peripheral pixels can be reduced.
