Provided is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A thin film transistor is arranged on the substrate, and includes a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. A Vdd voltage supply line supplies a Vdd voltage to the thin film transistor. An additional line is overlapped with the Vdd voltage supply line and is electrically connected to the Vdd voltage supply line. In the organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the additional line overlapped with the Vdd voltage supply line reduces the resistance of the total line, improves the aperture ratio of an organic light emitting display panel. So, the lifespan of organic light emitting display device can be increased. |
