The present invention relates to an installation apparatus for a lifeboat and a vessel having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the installation apparatus for a lifeboat comprises: a guide frame which has a guide groove; a moving frame which is installed in the guide frame and is moved along the guide groove; and a loading frame which is connected to the moving frame and allows a lifeboat to be loaded therein. Therefore, the present invention enables the movable installation of the lifeboat.
