A die casting mold vacuum evacuation assembly (1) features a two-part valve casing (2). A front casing unit (2a) has vacuum evacuation pipes (3, 5) processed to be able to be closed by a vacuum evacuation valve (7). The casing (2) accommodates an actuator (14) to actuate a valve piston (8) of the vacuum evacuation valve (7). The actuator (14) comprises: a casting material operating type power converter (15); and a power transmission member to deliver a closing movement of the power converter (15) to the valve piston (8) of the vacuum evacuation valve (7). The actuator (14) additionally features a stacked type spring assembly (23) in order to return the actuator (14) and/or forcibly discharge a riser. The front casing unit (2a) comprises: a sleeve (26) which surrounds at least one head part (9) of the valve piston (8); and a sleeve (31) which surrounds at least one head part (16) of the power converter (15). Both sleeves (26, 31) are harder than the front casing unit (2a). |
