Improvements in and relating to electrical resistors and a method of making them

A gold-platinum alloy metallizing solution used in producing resistance coatings by the spinning method, (see Group XXXVI, Electric resistors &c.,), is made up of: gold 5.60 per cent, platinum 1.40 per cent, rhodium 0.14 per cent, vanadium pentoxide 0.14 per cent, boric oxide 0.07 per cent, solvents and resinous constituents 92.65 per cent.
