Provided is a secondary battery having a specific combination of an anode, a cathode, and electrolyte formulation. The electrolyte formulation comprises an additive system and a salt system. The additive system includes a sulfonyl group-containing first additive, a gas generation inhibitor, and a second additive. The salt system includes lithium salt and air salt. The disclosed electrolyte formulation has reduced gas generation in the wide range of temperature and improved capacity. |
