The present invention relates to a video recording device for a vehicle using on-board diagnostics (OBD). The video recording device for a vehicle using OBD comprises: multiple cameras which are installed in multiple turn indicators installed in a conventional vehicle, respectively, and sense the operation of the turn indicators to record a video; a video recording part which records and plays the video recorded by the cameras; and OBD terminals which are inserted between the cameras and the video recording part to be connected therewith and controls the video recording part. Thus, the present invention prevents vehicle accidents by enabling a driver to check the outdoor situation of the vehicle through the screen of the video recording part. |
