PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a fixed pattern noise while ensuring a necessary response speed.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes: a light receiving element that generates a charge according to the amount of received light; a buffer part that buffers a voltage signal according to the charge generated by the light receiving element and outputs the voltage signal; a current control circuit that controls a current flowing in the buffer part to be a predetermined current amount when the buffer part outputs the voltage signal; and an elimination circuit that eliminates a high frequency component of a predetermined bandwidth or higher from the voltage signal output from the buffer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
