PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority calculation device and a priority calculation method for adjusting inconformity occurring between element indexes and calculating the priority of maintenance work on the basis of adjusted element indexes.SOLUTION: The priority calculation device comprises a storage device 141 for storing the element indexes of maintenance work and maintenance relevant information, and a processing unit 142 for calculating the priority of maintenance work on the basis of the element indexes and maintenance relevant information. The processing unit 142 calculates, on the basis of the maintenance relevant information, the expected degree of association indicating the degree of relationship between element indexes based on a theoretical value, calculates, on the basis of rating of element indexes, a data correlation indicating the degree of relationship between the element indexes based on a measured value, and determines a conformity error in element indexes on the basis of the expected degree of association and the data correlation. As the result of determination, attributes or the element indexes themselves are adjusted for the element indexes in conformity error, and the priority of maintenance work is calculated on the basis of the adjusted element indexes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
