PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately suppress the blur of a photographed image, according to a support state.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device includes an integration filter 54 for converting an angular velocity signal indicating a vibration into an angular displacement signal and integral characteristic adjustment means 55 for adjusting the cut-off frequency of the integration filter on the basis of the information of the frequency of the vibration dependent on the support positions A and B of an imaging apparatus and the information of the acquired support position A.
