PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the concentration of volatile gas from a normal temperature natural volatility electrolyte, such as DEC gas, without using a gas detection sensor module, in a power storage system using a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: A power storage system having a battery pack 31 using a lithium ion battery has a BMU30 for measuring the temperature of the battery pack 31, and a system control unit 14 for calculating the natural vaporization amount of diethyl carbonate per hour, based on the temperature measured by the BMU30, and estimating te concentration of diethyl carbonate in the battery pack 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
