PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation detection device for improving power saving and measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: An operation detection device 101 includes: a geomagnetic sensor 1 for detecting an azimuth; an inertial sensor 2 for detecting a relative position or direction; an electrical component 5 including a soft magnetic material; an arithmetic processor 3 to which output signals from the geomagnetic sensor 1 and the inertial sensor 2 are input; a coil 6 arranged in the vicinity of the electrical component 5; and a control part 7 for controlling currents which are allowed to flow to the coil 6. The control part 7 is configured to, when a difference between an azimuth change per unit time calculated on the basis of the output signal from the geomagnetic sensor 1 and a relative direction change per unit time calculated on the basis of the output signal from the inertial sensor 2 is not less than a predetermined threshold, allow AC currents whose amplitude are gradually weakened to flow to the coil 6, and to demagnetize magnetism magnetized on the soft magnetic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
