PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect generation of an error occurring in amplitude or phase between a received signal and a measurement result.SOLUTION: A receiving circuit 101 weights each signal made incident to a plurality of receiving units 105 by using weight set by calibration. A storage unit 103 stores a measurement value of a mode vector on which characteristics of the receiving circuit 101 in the state of having no error of weight with respect to characteristics of the receiving circuit 101 are reflected, and stores a calculation result of an evaluation value through evaluation function capable of calculating an evaluation value changing depending on the error of weight and an incident angle of each signal in association with an incident angle of each signal by an estimation unit 102. In the case where an incident angle of each signal estimated by the estimation unit 102 is an angle corresponding to a value in the vicinity of the stored incident angle of each signal, a detection unit 104 calculates an evaluation value based on the stored measurement value of a mode vector and evaluation function and detects generation of an error on the basis of comparison between the calculated evaluation value and the stored evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
