PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane type blood purifier which shows excellent fraction performance of β2MG and albumin, exerts high solute permeability for achieving a specific amount of albumin leakage in blood treatment, and can suppress a time-dependent change of the albumin leakage during the entire period of the blood treatment while ensuring sufficient water permeability and blood compatibility.SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane type blood purifier disclosed in the invention is configured by filling a hollow fiber membrane in a container. The hollow fiber membrane includes a polysulfone resin, a hydrophilic macromolecule, and a fat-soluble substance. Further, the hollow fiber membrane in the hollow fiber membrane type blood purifier disclosed in the invention is adjusted in such a manner that the fat-soluble substance existing on an inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane has a specific concentration distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
