PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caramelized like topping material maintaining crispy feeling and is less likely to absorb moisture.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by coating a particle surface of a ground product which saccharide composition is fired with an oil and fat having the melting point of 20 to 50°C of 21 to 48 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of saccharide in the ground product.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
