PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress floating of both end portions in a width direction of a medium and reduce the possibility of rubbing and clogging of the medium transported in a recording device performing recording onto the medium.SOLUTION: A recording device comprises: a medium supporting section 31 supporting a medium P transported; a recording section performing recording onto the medium P; and regulation sections 41 provided so as to face both end portions 63 in a width direction of the medium P supported by the medium supporting section 31 and regulating floating of the end portions 63. The regulation sections 41 are configured so as to be able to perform contact/separating movement in a direction where moving forward and backward with respect to a surface of the medium supporting section 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
