The present invention provides a quantitative analysis method for a carboxy group applied to a surface of a surface-activated film; a method to set a parameter condition indicating excellent bonding force using the analysis method; and a surface-activated film satisfying the parameter condition. According to the present invention, the carboxy group applied to the surface of the surface-activated film is accurately quantitatively analyzed with high sensitivity; the parameter condition with excellent bonding force is set; and the surface-activated film with excellent bonding force is able to be manufactured. The present invention includes a step of making a derivatization reaction of the carboxy group to a fluoric functional group.
