The present invention relates to a rotary table device which is appropriate for large-size, heavy-weight and high-output since a gear′s tooth form of a worm shaft and a worm wheel of a worm gear set, a driving part of the rotary table device, is formed in a dual lead cavex worm gear type wherein thickness of a mountain becomes thick as going to one direction and planes facing each other of the mountain has a round curvature and thus the worm gear set has excellent weight delivery force as compared to a prior worm gear and strength of the gear tooth can be reinforced, and has improved a structure thereof so as to obtain sufficient clamping force even though a pneumatic clamping unit is applied. The rotary table device according to the present invention comprises: a divided rotary body (150) rotatably arranged at an upper side of a body (100); a spindle (200) rotating the divided rotary body (150); a worm wheel (400) having a gear part (410) having a dual lead screw type gear tooth which is inserted and combined to be linked to an outer circumference of the spindle (200) and wherein thickness of a mountain thereof becomes thick as going to one direction on the outer circumference; a worm shaft which has a dual lead screw type screw part (310) interlinked to the gear tooth of the worm wheel (400), and is driven by being rotated by rotary force of a motor (350); and a clamping unit (500) to maintain an interlocked state of the worm wheel (400) and the worm shaft by clamping the divided rotary body (150). |
