The present invention relates to an apparatus to inject hydrogen to an engine and to supply oxygen into a vehicle. The apparatus of the present invention absorbs and stores refueling hydrogen of a normal hydrogen gas station and hydrogen generated in an embedded electrolytic bath (100), and injects the optimum amount of hydrogen with time difference, not continuously, to a vaporizer path (280) of the fuel of the engine and the mixed air through a nozzle (270) installed in one direction by a back fire prevention part (260). The fixed amount of the hydrogen injected improves heat efficiency and reduces smoke, and has the effect of achieving reduction in fuel usage.
