A purpose of the prevent invention is to provide rice gruel comprising peanut sprouts which have anticancer and antioxidant effects, anti-aging effects, and others. Other purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of preparing the rice gruel comprising peanut sprouts. Peanut sprout rice gruel according to the present invention comprises: 1 to 20 parts by weight of peanut sprouts, 1 to 10 parts by weight of onions, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of vegetables, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of edible oil and fat, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of refined salt, 1 to 20 parts by weight of carrots, 1 to 10 parts by weight of sesame powder, and 10 to 80 parts by weight of purified water with respective to 100 parts by weight of pasted cereal.
