PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion resistant steel sheet having excellent flexure processability and impact abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a steel sheet having a composition containing, by mass%, C: 0.60 to 0.80%, Si: 0.05 to 0.20%, Mn: 0.20 to 2.00%, Cr: 0.5 to 2.0%, P: 0.020% or less, S: 0.005% or less, Al: 0.10% or less, N: 0.005% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and a pearlite single phase structure and surface hardness of 360HBW10/3000 or less by a Brinell hardness.
