PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a sealant tire (a pneumatic tire) that enables stable manufacturing with good productivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire performs: a preparing step for preparing sealant materials by mixing raw materials; and an applying step for applying the sealant materials prepared in the preparing step onto an inner surface in a tire radial direction of an inner liner while rotating a vulcanized tire around a rotary shaft and moving the tire in a width direction and in a radial direction relative to a supply port for supplying the sealant materials. In the applying step, the tire is rotated in accordance with rotation speed of the tire preset for every application area preset in plural numbers in a width direction of the tire relative to the inner surface in the tire radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
