PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for proportionately dividing a billed amount based on energy use in a common facility to each tenant in view of an energy saving measure.SOLUTION: A charging device comprises: an electric power information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring, from a building management server 1, a day demand value that is a maximum value among demand values calculated every day and the amount of electric power used by a common facility in a metering period; and a proportionate division processing unit 12 for specifying, for each tenant, a tenant maximum demand value that is a maximum value within the metering period from among the acquired day demand values, and proportionately dividing the amount of electric power used by the common facility within the metering period in accordance with a ratio of the specified tenant maximum demand value of each tenant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
