PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver capable of highly accurately outputting a data voltage in capacitor drive, and further to provide an electronic apparatus and the like.SOLUTION: A driver 100 includes: a capacitor driving circuit 20; a capacitor circuit 10; and a voltage driving circuit 80. The capacitor driving circuit 20 outputs first through tenth capacitor driving voltages corresponding to gradation data to first through tenth capacitor driving nodes NDR1 through NDR10. The capacitor circuit 10 has first through tenth capacitors C1 through C10 provided among the first through tenth capacitor driving nodes NDR1 through NDR10 and a data voltage output terminal TVQ. The voltage driving circuit 80 performs voltage drive outputting a data voltage corresponding to the gradation data to the data voltage output terminal TVQ after capacitor drive driving an electro-optical panel 200 by the capacitor driving circuit 20 and the capacitor circuit 10 is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
