PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train control system which reduces design change portions due to sensor change, a train controller and a train control method.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing part 43 executes arithmetic processing for so making a sensor observed value acquired by a sensor 41 and a sensor information acquisition part 42 as to be a state variable defined in an own train state estimation part 45 by use of a parameter stored in a storage part 44. The storage part 44 is configured from a rewritable memory unit, or is so configured that a rewriting impossible memory unit can be replaced, or is so configured that a parameter can be easily changed by a designer by use of a drive device or the like which can read data stored in a prescribed memory unit. The own train estimation part 45 receives an input of a prescribed state variable which is a result operated by the arithmetic processing part 43, and estimates a train state of an own train by estimation processing with use of a prescribed statistic model and a time sequence filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
