PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-liquid fluorescence detector capable of accurately detecting fluorescence in liquid.SOLUTION: The in-liquid fluorescence detector comprises: a light source 10 for emitting excitation light of such a wave length as to generate Raman scattered light in liquid in a wavelength band between first and second fluorescent wavelength bands to liquid which can contain a first substance generating light with stronger intensity in the first fluorescent wavelength band than the second fluorescent wavelength band and a second substance generating light with stronger intensity in the second fluorescent wavelength band than the first fluorescent wavelength band; and a fluorescence detection part 102 for detecting light of the first and second fluorescent wavelength bands.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
