PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective member that offers superior anti-fogging properties, stain resistance, durability, and producibility.SOLUTION: A reflective member 10 comprises a reflector 15 for reflecting incident visible rays and an anti-fogging film 20 adhered to an incident surface 15a of the reflector 15. The anti-fogging film 20 includes a concavo-convex structure layer 30 having a concavo-convex surface 31 formed by a plurality of linear protrusions 32 that are arrayed at an average array pitch Pno greater than 500 nm and extend in a direction d2 that is not parallel to an arrayed direction d1. The anti-fogging film 20 is placed such that the concavo-convex surface 31 faces the side opposite the reflector 15.
