PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the visual conformability of a status indication lamp from worsening even when an optical line terminator is accommodated inside the enclosure of a communication device and prevent damage when an optical fiber cable for communication is pulled so that the attachment/detachment workability of the terminator is not deteriorated.SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable termination device comprises a communication cable 11 connected to an optical line terminator 30 and a light-guiding cable 12 disposed facing a status indicator lamp 31. The cable 12 has an opposite end part 12a facing the status indicator lamp 31 and a kink part 12c sustained in loop form in the middle between the opposite end part 12a and a light-emitting part 12b that radiates the lighted light of the lamp to the outside. An integrated part 14 where both cables 11, 12 are joined together on the light-emitting part 12b side away from the kink part 12c is arranged. A curved part 11b is formed between the connector part 11a of the cable 11 and the integrated part 14. When the cable 11 is pulled, the loop diameter of the kink part 12c is reduced before tension between the connector part 11a and the integrated part 14 increases, and light attenuation in the light-emitting part 12b occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
