PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inrush current prevention circuit for servo driver drive circuit, internal power supply stabilization method and servo driver, capable of ensuring a sufficient amount of current capacity with a downsized and simplified circuit configuration and accommodating a wide voltage range of a servo driver.SOLUTION: An inrush current prevention circuit 10 is disposed on the low side of a servo driver drive circuit and includes an inrush current prevention resistance 2 and a FET for resistance short circuit (FET) 3.
